Wanted – horse for loan or just
to ride!
I was left riding horseless at
the end of last summer when my old boy died suddenly. I am now
desperate to get back in the saddle after taking some time off to have a
baby, and am looking for a horse I could take on loan (unfortunately
buying is out of my price range at present!). I am looking for
something I can have some fun with – hacking and riding club
activities, preferably a fair bit of jumping! I’d be happy to take on
something that needed a bit of schooling. I’m an experienced
rider with a BHS Stage 3 Grooms Certificate and I also have
three ponies (none of which I can ride…2 miniatures and an old
companion!) that I keep on a farm in Coldingham so accommodation and
companions are not a problem for me!
I realize what I am asking is
probably too good to be true, so would also be willing just to help out
anyone who needs some horses ridden occasionally just to keep my hand in
until I can get another one of my own!

QUALITY BAY AND WHITE COLOURED GELDING by MILLENIUM STAR
6 years old. 16.1hh. This horse is a serious competition prospect. As well
as being truly gorgeous he's a talented horse (and a nice, straightforward,
chap too) who will excel in any job. Beautiful paces, good to hack, and
well mannered in stable etc but he's been brought on slowly because he was
bought from Ireland still completely unhandled mid way through his 4 year
old year. To have taken the extra time with him has paid dividends and he
will make someone a really fantastic friend as well as a serious competition
horse.
He's not cheap but like everything in life you get what you pay for and
he's worth every penny!!! It goes without saying that we'll only sell to
the right home so serious enquiries only please.
